We are currently looking for Registered Nurse for School in Abu Dhabi-Al Ain available to join as soon as possible.

Licensed in DOH/ MOH/ DHA as Registered Nurse

Qualifications Required

BSc in Nursing

Experience

1-2 years post qualification in the related field

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Patient, teacher and family teaching as required
• Establish priorities of care, nursing actions and desired outcomes in a timely manner.
• Keeps own knowledge/skills current.
• Attends meetings pertinent to department.
• Follows organization's policies and procedures.
• Reports unsafe practice Nurse In-charge or Nursing Supervisor.
• Performs appropriate treatments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention.
• Initiates and assists in emergency resuscitative measures
• Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff
• Provides care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient's and family's diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.
• Reports patient's condition to appropriate personnel(s) during each shift.
• Administers medications safely
• Educates patients on health risk factors
• Uses the nursing process in the promotion of patient holistic health and wellbeing
• Provides care for patients with acute and chronic physical health conditions
• Provides care for patients with acute, chronic and persistent mental health disorders
• Implements general nursing care and comfort measures
• Documents care and patient outcomes
• Assesses plans and manages nursing interventions to optimize outcomes care for patients
• Ensure all requests are completed before the patient leaves
• Check drugs and fluids for expiry dates and stocks levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
