Gender AnyKey Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic, ensuring high standards of patient care and workflow efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices in line with international healthcare standards and Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) requirements
- Ensure effective coordination of patient care across multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and administrative staff
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing services through regular assessments, audits, and performance reviews
- Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives within the clinic
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care, compliance with infection control protocols, and adherence to safety regulations
- Conduct staff training programs, competency evaluations, and professional development initiatives
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback to enhance overall patient satisfaction
- Manage clinic resources, including staffing, supplies, and financial aspects, to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Clinical Educators to support staff recruitment, training, and career development initiativesRequired Skills and Experience- Minimum of seven years of nursing experience in Pediatric Nursing, with at least three years in a managerial or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; Master's degree is preferred
- Valid nursing license/registration to practice in the home country and/or country of last employment
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of JCIA standards and best practices in pediatric nursing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to handle complex clinical situations and provide guidance to nursing staff
