Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated and well experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Nexx Dubai, a leading provider of home healthcare services. As a Nurse Manager with our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Home Care Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home care nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the business, including scheduling, staffing, and logistics.

- Coordinating with the team on operational matters and daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow

- Answering inquiries from patients, business partners, and staff regarding home care services

- Purchasing medicines needed by the nursing staff and ensuring adequate supply

- Instructing and supervising nurses on patient care protocols and best practices

- Providing guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance

- Managing DHA inspections and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

-Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

-Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met.

-Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of home care nursing practices. Experience in managing a team of nurses and coordinating with regulatory bodies is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
