Job Overview:
We Aspire is seeking a qualified Arabic-speaking Nurse to join our team. This role involves training individuals in caregiving and healthcare assistance skills. As a trainer, you will help develop essential caregiving competencies, making a difference in our community's caregiving standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions on caregiving and healthcare assistance.
• Develop training materials and tailor sessions to meet individual learning needs.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on guidance to trainees.
• Assess and monitor the progress of trainees to ensure skill acquisition.
• Assist in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications:
• Valid nursing certification.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare assistance training is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
