Non-Executive Director

Position Overview

:
We are looking for a

Non-Executive Director

with 10+years of experience, ideally in finance, accounting, or commerce. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to our Board and be involved in key business decisions, especially those relating to financial performance and overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

:

Provide strategic advice and direction to the Board of Directors. Support decision-making related to financial performance, budgeting, and projections. Offer expertise in financial analysis and risk management. Participate in quarterly board meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as required. Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic objectives and long-term goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

:

Experience

: 10+ years in finance, accounting, or commerce, or similar role.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills

: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is a plus. Experience working in a board-level role or with a governance framework is preferred. Must hold DIFC Experience. Candidates with only Non -Executive Director Role should apply for this job.

Location

: Candidate must be based in Dubai.
