Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Female Business Development Manager with 3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent industry connections, a passion for expanding business horizons, and a willingness to work beyond boundaries. Company's main line of business is Software Development which provides Solutions and Staff Augmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
• Strong network and industry connections.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond traditional boundaries as required.
