Efficiently manage, and lead the team of IT NOC operations engineers.
Ensures that the team is following the standard process as per the agreement with the customers.
Act as the escalation point for all requests and incidents and solve project issues effectively.
Responsible for managing the incident management process effectively through the incident life cycle and managing the communication with the stack holders.
Facilitating work-around solutions to ensure system recovery with minimal business impact
Strongly maintain the SLA as per the companys requirement
Point of contact for all Major incidents.
Responsible to review the incidents to ensure that the acceptable standards are always followed by the staff.
Escalating any identified issues that require immediate action to stakeholders.
Reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and present to the higher management
Arranging the Post incident review meeting with the concerned parties involved.
Responsible to monitors the whole environment for severe events, analyzing them, and logging events as incidents.
Proficient in Manage Engine tools such as OpManager. AppManager, Site 24*7, and other Components or similar experience with different monitoring tools.
Good knowledge of monitoring protocols and the difference between them.
