8+ years of experience in NOC
Experienced utilizing monitoring tools like BMC Remedy, PRTG, Site24x7, and AppDynamics tool
Prior experience in adding monitors to web monitoring tools and network monitoring tools
Certification related to NOC or in ITIL latest version
