Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for an NOC Operator for a client in Dubai, UAE. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully. Must Have:

5+ years of experience in NOC Operations
Skilled in BMC, Entuity, PRTG, Site24x7, Uptime Robot
In depth knowledge of reporting incidents, compliance with SLAs and escalating breaches as necessary
Hands on experience in monitoring network & IT landscape, troubleshooting network outages, and tracking all issues
