•Overview•

We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document controlling and possess expertise in various technical areas to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

•Duties•

• Facilitate company registrations with authorities, developers, and service providers, and ensure adherence to the qualification process.
• Participate in kick-off and coordination meetings, providing support for construction-related NOCs regarding site issues.
• Review, prepare, and submit NOC applications, ensuring all authority requirements are met to minimize response time and avoid multiple resubmissions.
• Collaborating with local authorities to acquire all required project-related permits and clearances.
• Oversee the progress of drawings with the technical department.
• Collect information for Design NOCs and As-Built drawings, and update GIS data.
• Coordinate with UAE municipalities, DM, RTA, and external stakeholders on Design NOC applications while evaluating proposals for pipelines and corridors.
• Consult with clients and the engineering team, conducting research on project requirements.
• Analyze survey and field data to prepare reports.
• Draft contract documents and assess tenders.

Requirements:

• 5 Years UAE Experience with Civil Background.
• Civil Engineering Degree (Ideal).
• Immediate Joining (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
