:Our client is a large construction company is currently looking for a NOC Coordinator / Engineer who will be responsible for all project related activities for Abu Dhabi location.In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:Responsible for coordinating and handling all project related activities related to applications and approvals with public authorities including construction permits and NOCs, Permit to Work (PTW), project related permits and paperwork, to ensure a smooth administration process.Complete preparation of construction permits and permit-to-work applications, in order to ensure that they are promptly processed through appropriate authorities.
Participate in the continuous improvement of related processes and procedures to ensure optimal customer service in the department.
Ability to approach to all legal authorities to apply and obtain all required NOCs, relocation permit, etc. These authorities include but not limited to Civil Defense, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, ADM/ DM, Etisalat, Du, Transco, etc.
Submit requests for all legal permits issuance and renewals (municipality, advertisement signage, sale permits, commerce, fire department, civil information, health and others) and follow up with the appropriate public authorities for their issuance.
Build and maintain a strong network of relations with Government Authorities in order to facilitate request processing.
Represent the company at different platforms like Airports, Embassies, Police Station,
Ministries/Municipalities, and other Government Departments, if and when required.
Provide administrative support to project managers and work closely with project document controllers.
Collect and give regular updates on all work and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the Line Manager well informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies.
Diligently verify, gather and research relevant information and procedures related to business activities that the clients wish to undertake under their trade licenses.
