Position Summary: The NOC Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with various government offices, service authorities, and agencies, such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, RTA, DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, Transco, DCAA, Dubai Civil Defense, CICPA, DLD, Trakhees, Dubai South, and Dubai Property Group. The role involves obtaining building permits, project infrastructure NOCs, municipality and RTA site inspections, preparing engineering drawings for government submissions, and ensuring necessary approvals for projects. The NOC Coordinator will support project establishment, execution, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison and Coordination:
• Establish and maintain effective communication with various government offices, service authorities, and agencies.
• Coordinate and follow up on NOC applications and approvals with relevant authorities.
• Maintain relationships with key contacts in government and regulatory bodies.
Permit and NOC Management:
• Obtain building permits and infrastructure NOCs for projects.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of all necessary documents and applications.
• Track and monitor the status of submitted NOC applications and permits.
Inspections and Compliance:
• Arrange and coordinate municipality and RTA site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections.
Documentation and Engineering Support:
• Prepare and submit engineering drawings and technical documents for government approval.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all NOC applications, permits, and approvals.
• Provide support during the initial setup and execution of projects.
Project Support:
• Assist in the initial establishment setup arrangements for new projects.
• Provide ongoing support during project execution to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and procedures related to NOCs and permits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
