Job Description

We are currently looking for a NOC Analyst L2 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration. The NOC Analyst L2 will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network and system issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams. The candidate should possess technical expertise in analyzing network traffic and logs, identifying security threats, and implementing appropriate solutions. Proficiency in using network monitoring tools and ticketing systems is essential. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and prioritize tasks while working under pressure are key skills required for this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving, willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, and continuous learning mindset are highly valued. Relevant certifications in networking, security, or system administration are a plus.
