We are currently looking for a detail-oriented NOC Analyst Level 1 to join our Network Operations Center team. The primary responsibilities of this role include monitoring network performance, identifying and troubleshooting network issues, and escalating problems to appropriate teams for resolution. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with knowledge of network protocols, network devices, and monitoring tools. Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations is a plus. The NOC Analyst Level 1 will be expected to follow standard operating procedures, document incidents thoroughly, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are key qualities we are looking for in the ideal candidate.
