Unveiled in May 2024, ONVO, the second smart electric vehicle brand of NIO Inc., is committed to creating better family life and bringing better brand and product experiences to family users.The RoleThe NIO House Manager plays a crucial role with the primary goal of overseeing and managing the sales team at a specific NIO House location. This role is essential for achieving sales targets and overall site management and has a significant impact on operations.Support the execution of the NIO strategy by:
  • Recruiting and inducting personnel capable of operating successfully in a NIO House environment while effectively following processes.
  • Control and management of sales personnel and processes\' training to a pre-determined level and implementation into the NIO House environment after training.
  • Driving and achieving agreed KPI targets focusing on volume, NPS, margin and income growth.
  • Continuous team performance management based on agreed KPI metrics, performance levels, HR issues, wage signoffs, and appraisals.
  • Creating the NIO House sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales.
  • Establishing management information flow of agreed data based on KPIs.
  • Meeting with NIO House Fellows to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
  • Implementing standards for displaying and merchandising new and used vehicles and all promotions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues before they arise and take swift action to resolve them effectively.
  • Brand-specific training and development of sales and support personnel.
  • Managing the optimal inventory of vehicles by validating all pricing appraisals and managing stock order levels accordingly.
  • Managing customer complaints and ensuring an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
  • Working to achieve sales and performance KPIs of the NIO House and the NIO Brand.
Requirements
  • Excellent people management, coaching, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to build, implement and deliver sales training programs based on NIO House processes and procedures.
  • Strong motivator.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of automotive sales processes at the dealership level in the UAE market.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organisational levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Effectively execute training programs as the User Operations Manager instructs, adhering to the Training Needs Analysis action plans.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive showroom knowledge, including an in-depth understanding of the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Understanding of insurance products and processing.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within a franchised environment in the UAE.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
