Who will be responsible to the following key job responsibilities:
Welcomes guests who arrive late and takes care of them until their departure
Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures
Is responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty
Helps the department meet its quantitative and qualitative targets
Ensures the safety of property and people
Represents the General Manager and the Front Office Manager throughout night operations and decide and act on his/their behalf
To Ensure That Breakfast and meeting rooms functions are as per requirements
Fully responsible of the Hotel Safety and Security During the Night
To Ensure Proper Closing and opening for all outlets
Ensure smooth operation in the night Shift and all department are available at all the time.
Carry out duties as required
QualificationsEducation / Professional experience
Hotel Management graduate or related course.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools
Fluent in the national language and Business English At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably in 4* or 5* Hotels.
