• Nightly Financial Reconciliation
• Perform daily financial audits by reconciling hotel revenue, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare and verify daily transaction reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.
• Post room charges, taxes, and other revenues (e.g., food & beverage, spa services) to guest accounts.
• Guest Service Excellence
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and any guest inquiries during the night.
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for any guest needs during the night.
• Security and Safety Oversight
• Monitor hotel premises during night hours to ensure guest safety and security.
• Report and document any unusual incidents or emergencies to management.
• Reporting and Handover
• Compile and distribute end-of-day reports for management, including occupancy rates, revenue statistics, and unresolved issues.
• Ensure proper handover to the morning team, including highlighting key events or concerns.
• Compliance and Standards
• Ensure compliance with Dubai's hospitality regulations and the hotel's policies.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Additional Responsibilities
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, housekeeping) for night operations.
• Handle cash transactions, prepare deposits, and reconcile cash drawers.
• Assist in training new night staff if required.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
