Conduct nightly audits and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner. Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports to management. Monitor and ensure the security of the premises during the night shift. Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay. Collaborate with other hotel staff to address any issues or emergencies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel night auditing or a related field. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of hotel booking and reservation systems. Ability to work independently and handle responsibility. Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office and hotel management software.
