NEXT GENERATION RELATIONSHIP MANAGER BASED IN DUBAI (ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR)

Candidates should have at least three years of work experience after graduation. While we have high expectations, Monterosa Group is also very committed to invest in the best talent. We offer a 12-month training program in various Group locations and business units, including at least a 2-month international assignment to our offices in Zurich, Liechtenstein, Singapore or Hong Kong. Thereafter, you would be well equipped to take on a demanding relationship manager role in our business development team. Business development is primarily responsible for managing existing and building new investor relationships. You will also contribute to key projects related to our product and market strategies by evaluating promising new businesses.
Requirements / Experience To succeed in this highly dynamic and challenging business environment, we are looking for an entrepreneurially spirited team player with the following qualifications:
  • Masters degree in business, law or finance
  • 3+ years of work experience in the financial services industry (e.g. Family Office, Private Banking, Wealth Planning, Investment Banking, Private Equity)
  • Experience in a client-facing role. Good communication and presentation skills. Candidates shall be extroverted, communicative, a team player and someone who connects easy
  • Professional knowledge of financial market products (both private and public) and financial market infrastructure
  • Good understanding of corporate finance (valuation models, accounting principles, capital structure etc.) and investment documentation
  • Keen interest in economics, financial markets and current affairs
  • Excellent problem solving skills; entrepreneurial and pro-active attitude, ability to think outside the box
  • Availability to travel internationally
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written. Additional languages are welcome
