  • Process applications for, changes to, and cancellation of insurance policies.
  • Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, or conformance to standards
  • Review data, such as age, date of birth, name, gender, address, and principal sums on insurance applications and verify its accuracy on the policy administration system.
  • Gather data on insurance policy/-ies of existing customers, including claims history, and record on the new application file.
  • Screen every client for OFAC, FATCA, and CRS compliance.
  • Modify, update, and process policy administration system to reflect any change in amount of coverage or type of insurance according to the Underwriter\'s decision, product, and Company guidelines.
  • Calculate premiums, refunds, commissions on replacement policies, and adjustments using approved insurance rates.
  • Transcribe data to worksheets and enter data into computer for use in preparing documents and adjusting accounts.
  • Prepare and gather all physical or digital documents for the dispatch of the policy kit, including but not limited to, the terms and conditions, supplementary contracts, exclusions, endorsements, decision letters, policy receipt, schedule of benefit, marketing flyers, and insurance benefit cards.
  • Examine the policy kit prior to dispatch, ensuring that the underwriting notes/decision is accurately recorded on the policy administration system.
  • Verify signatures for financial transactions; that is, prior to activating the policy. Verify that all delivery requirements have been submitted and documented on the case file.
  • Process, document, and prepare requests for refund of excess payments or of non-productive business
  • Correspond with Agent/s/IFA Consultant/s/Banca RMs to inform them of application status/outcome, changes, or servicing requests.
  • Manage the reconciliation of payments with medical service providers and ensure effective process is in place.
  • Maintain inventory of office forms and sales-related collaterals to ensure business continuity. Ensure that the available product-related forms for distribution are the current, updated versions.
