A Day in the Life
At Medtronic, the Sales Manage for Spine is responsible for selling Medtronic Spinal products assigned and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned. Maintaining an awareness of local competitive conditions. This position will work with Spine Channel Partners in the assigned region that will be covered.
Maintain, manage, and track sales and inventory levels.
Manage KOL\xe2\x80\x99s in assigned territory.
Prepare and submit call reports as required by the Country Director.
Maintain up-to-date market activities by our competitors.
Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers for the products assigned.
Strongly seek new customers and formulate and follow plans for such action.
Resolve customer complaints in accordance with Medtronic policies.
Recommend the additions of new products and the modification or deletion of present products to the line as appropriate.
Successful completion of all required product and sales related training curriculum.
Meet or exceed sales quota and total company market share in assigned territory.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs and conventions as directed.
Identify selling opportunities and work closely with the KOL\xe2\x80\x99s.
Must Haves
To be considered For this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile.
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
5 years of medical sales experience
Previous experience in covering multiple countries
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; team oriented; conceptual/consultative sales skills
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Nice to Haves
Spine sales experience
Worked with multiple distributors in different countries within the gulf region
