Network Technician
Job Description
The Network Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading and troubleshooting all network systems. These systems may include but are not limited to: Responsibilities . Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) . Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions . Monitor network performance and identify potential problems . Implement network security measures to protect sensitive data . Provide technical support to end-users . Document network configurations and changes . Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies Qualifications . Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field . Proven experience as a Network Technician or similar role . Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, etc.) . Proficiency in network hardware and software . Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Relevant certifications like CCNA etc preferred . Work Experience: 2+ years in a similar role is preferred. Benefits .
