Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Troubleshoot network issues and outages, including connectivity issues, performance degradation, and security breaches.
Monitor network performance and utilization, and implement measures to optimize performance and reliability.
Configure and maintain network security settings, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT teams.

Job Requirements:

Associate degree or technical certification in Network Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in network administration or support roles.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
Experience with network hardware and software, including Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks.
