Position: NOC OperatorExperience: 5-7 yearsNumber of Positions: 4Position Type: Contract 1 year extendable.Location: Dubai (Onsite)Job Timing \xe2\x80\x93 Shifts (24X7)Primary Skills\xc2\xb7 Experience on NOC, BMC, App dynamics tool, Entuity, PRTG, Site24x7, Uptime Robot etc..Secondary Skills\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of network technologies router, firewall, servers, etc. :The NOC Lead owns the NOC service to oversee complex network components and are responsible for network management.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Regular Meetings with Clients to ensure and Delivery obligations are being met (\xe2\x80\x98what\xe2\x80\x99 we deliver)\xc2\xb7 Proactively monitor backbone network and IT landscape and address issues that may\xc2\xb7 arise.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot network outages and escalate as needed.\xc2\xb7 Adhere to defined quality guidelines for customer communication.\xc2\xb7 Review processes and recommend changes to improve the overall effectiveness/efficiencies.\xc2\xb7 Carry out other work as directed by senior members of the team.\xc2\xb7 Escalate issues to Supervisors/Managers/Tier2 & 3 level Network Engineers/other groups by\xc2\xb7 following established SOPs.\xc2\xb7 Update the internal knowledge base with new solutions for support.\xc2\xb7 Comply with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s conventional guidelines, policies,\xc2\xb7 and processes.\xc2\xb7 Monitor breaches of service level agreements (SLAs).\xc2\xb7 Update the departments, teams or third-party providers on events progress.\xc2\xb7 Aid team members by applying technical knowledge of operations and systems using server,\xc2\xb7 PCs, telephones, and emails.\xc2\xb7 Diagnose Issues within the IT landscape.\xc2\xb7 Continuously monitor systems through various tools.\xc2\xb7 Track all Issues.\xc2\xb7 Report Incidents.\xc2\xb7 Generate reports as required.\xc2\xb7 Maintain internal communication and escalation matrix.\xc2\xb7 Add monitors to web monitoring tools and network monitoring tools.\xc2\xb7 Apply system updates to Windows systems utilized by the DCC monitoring solutions.\xc2\xb7 Update and maintain all internal documents and trackers.\xc2\xb7 Participate in war rooms for issue resolution.\xc2\xb7 Join requested meetings.
