Job Description

Job responsibilities:

1.Resolving network-related problems on a daily basis.2.

Configuring, testing, and maintaining LAN/WAN equipment and related services, Design, install and configure the entire Wireless and Wired Network Infrastructure of Sites.

3.Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.

4.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.

5.Maintain and support Sites LAN/WAN environment.

6.Analyzes complex data, voice or video network documentation and communicates to senior management regarding the current operational status of networks.

7.Determines methods and procedures to be implemented and used on the most complex new technologies to enhance performance.

8.Participates to execution of networking projects: (Site visits, Preparing Request for Proposal, technical evaluation, installation, implementation and commissioning).

9.installs and configures wireless networks across various Sites.

10.Upgrades networks and provides high level of support at all times.

11.Ensures LAN / WAN continuing functionality by using network monitoring and management tools.

12.Troubleshooting and problem solving of structured cabling systems.

13.Responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of wired and wireless networks in all housing units for the people of the Sites.

14.Maintains up to date network documentation

Additional Skills Mandatory:

1.Knowledge of Network configuration (Routing Protocols, VLAN, LAN/WAN protocols; Wireless networks)

2.Knowledge of Switching and routing fundamentals.

3.Basic Knowledge of Passive structured cabling systems.

4. Basic Knowledge of CCTV cameras.

5.Basic Knowledge of fiber cable and SFP.

6. Cisco Controller 5508(configuration from factory, maintenance, troubleshooting, for different regional location)

7. Mikrotik Cloud Series Router 1036 (PPPoE multiple line configuration, Hotspot Setup, Userman Setup, Firewall, Port Forwarding, multiple line load balancing)

8. Cisco Switches (configure from factory, IOS update, maintenance, troubleshooting)

9. Cisco Access Point (2602, 3602) (configure from factory, IOS update, autonomous access point, capwap, lapwap)

10. Fortigate Firewall Configuration of VLAN and Firewall Rules.

11. Fortigate Switches Configuration of VLAN and Policy Rules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Cisco Controller 5508: 4 years (Preferred)
• Cisco Switches: 3 years (Preferred)
• Fortigate Firewall: 3 years (Preferred)
