Job Description

We are looking for a Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of engineers and troubleshoot complex network issues. This critical role requires an experienced professional in managing the company's technical infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable IT services that support business operations and growth. Key Accountabilities

Manage deployment of network solutions involving Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Juniper, TrendMicro, and other relevant technologies. Oversee the resolution of escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Coordinate with other IT departments and stakeholders to align technical support with broader organizational goals. Manage and prioritize technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and implement technical standards, procedures, and best practices to improve service quality and efficiency. Monitor and report on the performance of technical support services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the technical team is well-equipped to meet future challenges. Deliver services and support within SLA and customer satisfaction targets. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years of related experience. Required Certifications: Network+, Security+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation. Preferred Certifications: Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos); Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate; CWNP Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA); F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA). Expert knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Expertise in DR/BCP planning and implementation. Seniority level
