Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Network Engineer

to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and security across all systems. Experience in managing enterprise-level networks and working within contracting or construction environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks) Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and efficiency Implement network security measures, firewalls, and access controls Configure and manage routers, switches, and network devices Ensure data security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning Support VoIP, cloud networking, and remote access solutions Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to enhance network performance Document network configurations, policies, and system updates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure Strong knowledge of

Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking equipment

Certifications such as

CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent

are preferred Experience with

firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and cybersecurity best practices

Familiarity with

cloud networking (AWS, Azure), VoIP, and enterprise IT solutions

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and support IT operations across multiple locations

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
