Job Description

The Network Assistant (Insurance) manages relationships with insurance providers, maintains hospital participation in insurance networks, and ensures smooth claim processing. This role supports the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by verifying network contracts, coordinating with insurance companies, and assisting in resolving claim-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update hospital contracts with insurance companies and payers.

Ensure the hospital remains in-network with various insurance providers.

Assist in negotiating and renewing contracts with insurance companies.

Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and network participation for patients.

Coordinate with insurance representatives to resolve network-related disputes or payment issues.

Ensure compliance with payer policies and regulatory requirements.

Assist in analyzing insurance reimbursements and identifying discrepancies.

Work closely with billing and coding teams to address network-related claim denials.

Keep track of changes in insurance policies, payer guidelines, and reimbursement structures.

Provide support in credentialing physicians and hospital services with insurance networks.

Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, and insurance network details.

Perform other duties as assigned by the RCM Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in insurance network coordination, provider relations, or medical billing.

Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and provider enrollment.

Familiarity with hospital revenue cycle management and claim processing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using hospital billing systems and insurance portals.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
