Position: NeonatologistWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Neonatologist. As a Neonatologist, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of our tiniest patients.Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat newborns with a wide range of medical conditions- Monitor the growth and development of premature and critically ill infants- Provide specialized care for infants with complex or multiple medical issues- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret test results- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness- Educate parents and families on how to care for their infants at home- Stay updated on advancements in neonatal medicine and incorporate them into practice- Maintain accurate and timely medical records- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures and maintain a high standard of medical ethicsRequirements:- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine- Completed residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Neonatology- Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine- Current state medical license and DEA registration- Demonstrated clinical competence and knowledge in neonatal medicine- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duties- Prior experience in a Level III or IV NICU is preferred
