Job Title: NICU Nurse

License: DHA Eligibility Letter / DHA license mandatory

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NICU Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU nursing and hold a valid DHA license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess the health status of neonates, including vital signs, growth, and development.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families, providing information and emotional support during their child's stay in the NICU.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU nursing.
• Valid DHA license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neonatal care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
