We are looking for an NDT-Operations Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a group of non-destructive testing (NDT) technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality NDT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement comprehensive NDT inspection plans and procedures to meet industry standards and client requirements . Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of NDT personnel and equipment to project sites . Monitor the performance and quality of NDT work carried out by the team . Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to NDT personnel to maintain and enhance their skills . Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of NDT services . Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations . Prepare detailed reports on NDT activities, findings, and recommendations . Continuously evaluate and improve NDT processes and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications and Experience:

. 10 years' experience as an NDT technician or inspector, with a strong understanding of various NDT methods and techniques . Certified or qualified in multiple NDT disciplines, such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, or eddy current testing . Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a team . Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze NDT data . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders . Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to NDT . Relevant certifications or qualifications, such as ASNT, ISO, or CSWIP, would be highly desirable
