Job Description

We are currently looking for a qualified Multidiscipline Inspector to join our team.

Qualifications and Certifications:

Experience in Onshore Oil and Gas Industry, as an Inspector with Construction structural steel fabrication/erection/modules fabrication experience.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant inspection experience of pressure vessels, pressure piping, pressure safety valves, and tanks, heat exchangers, rotating machinery and HVAC systems.
• CSWIP Certification:
• Must possess CSWIP 3.2.1 certification for welding inspection.
• Coating Inspection Certification:
• NACE Level 2 or BGAS Level 2 certification.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
• Level 2 certification in applicable NDT methods (e.g., UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection and Quality Assurance:
• Perform inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Conduct welding inspections, including review of welding procedures and welder qualifications.
• Carry out NDT inspections to assess material integrity and detect flaws or defects.
• Coating and Painting:
• Inspect surface preparation and application of coatings.
• Verify adherence to coating procedures and standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports.
• Document and report non-conformities, suggesting corrective actions.
• Site Audits and Compliance:
• Perform site audits and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve inspection-related issues.
• Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
• Duration: The project duration is 18 months, with the possibility of extension. Upon completion, the inspector may be assigned to another project or tasked with Ad Hoc inspections. However, for Ad-hoc-related inspections, accommodation and food will not be provided.

• Annual Leave: 30 days of unpaid annual leave will be granted.
• Notice period : 30 days.
