Job Description
Job Title: Navigation & Communication Radio Surveyor, Magnetic Compass Adjuster, Navcom Engineer (Only candidates with relevant experience may apply.)
Location : Dubai Maritime City.
Job Summary:
The Navigation & Communication Radio Surveyor , Magnetic Compass Adjuster , and Navcom Engineer ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and calibration of navigation and communication systems on vessels, ensuring compliance with maritime safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
RADIO SURVEYS
We required experience with IACS classes IMO regulations and Flag Requirements, the Navigation and Communication guidelines were developed in order to provide Marine electronics companies for the radio installation in the vessels. As per the requirements in SOLAS, and the IMO resolutions, GMDSS installations on board ships.
Qualifications:
• Education: Degree or certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Experience with maritime navigation systems, magnetic compass calibration, and electronic repairs.
• Skills: Knowledge of GMDSS, radar, AIS, and compass calibration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
