About the Role

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering immersive French language education to students. Utilizing innovative teaching methods and interactive tools, you will create engaging lessons to enhance language proficiency. Strong communication skills are key to effectively motivate and inspire learners. The focus is on achieving results and performance excellence, while also embracing cultural sensitivity. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for language instruction and a creative approach to making learning fun and effective.

• Plan and deliver effective language teaching lessons to students.
• Incorporate educational games and activities to make learning fun and engaging for students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching tools such as multimedia resources and interactive platforms to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should possess previous work experience as a Native French Teacher, demonstrating proficiency in teaching the French language to students. They should have a strong background in educational settings, preferably as a language instructor. Collaborating with students to enhance language skills, cultural awareness, and fluency is essential for this role.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a teaching or educational environment. This experience should showcase their ability to effectively engage with students, plan and deliver impactful lessons, and assess student progress over time. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in the field of education.
• Experienced in language teaching methods and techniques to effectively communicate language concepts.
• Utilizes educational games and activities to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Proficient in using various tools and resources to facilitate language learning and comprehension.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey language concepts and instructions.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn and excel in language acquisition.
• Interactive and engaging teaching style to maintain student interest and participation.
• Demonstrates a results-oriented approach, focusing on achieving performance goals and measuring teaching outcomes effectively.
• Displays cultural sensitivity and awareness in teaching practices to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
