To participate actively into the strategy establishment period related to the products in order to realize the strategic sales goals of the Janssen Saudi Arabia. To plan the sales strategy of the involved field and to manage the sales unit within the field . Build and deliver competency KOL's strategy . Closely cooperating with the marketing team and other territory for any business synergy . To provide advice related to the place of the current and/ or new products within the market, and to contribute to the structuring period of the Sales Unit in order to increase the performance of the sales staff . To manage and control the service levels to the distributors and the end users in regards to inventory, logistics and service goals . Management of the distributor to ensure transparency, commitment and compliance . Management and monitoring of all tenders in order to secure the maximum share . To carry out the required activities in terms of the planning and organizing period of the products, to prepare a regional sales goal list by taking the defined sales goals and district shares into consideration . To carry out a systematic market and competitor analysis in order to check the condition of the annual and periodical sales goals, to evaluate the analysis results and to inform the senior management about the strategies and goals; to take the required actions within this field . Accountability and control of the departmental budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the business plan . To train the sales unit according to the institutional vision and Our Credo values so that they can perform by benefiting from their skills and know- how; to set the results of the training periods . To provide stronger relations with the customer channels for the benefit of the company strategies; to carry out segmentation and targeting activities together with Product Managers; to pay dual visits in order to control this process; to visit the customers (doctors, pharmacist warehouses, etc.) within their districts; to make assessments for the sake of company interests; to establish good connections and to develop them . To provide advice related to the place of the current and/ or new products within the market and to contribute to the structuring period of the Sales Unit in order to increase the performance of the sales staff . To protect the interests of the company and if required, to take measures by keeping up with the changes within the market; to check the regulations of the Ministry of Health on a regular basis . To check the current situation of the Logistic Unit, Product Manager/ Group Product Manager and the company stocks for the purpose of providing the maintenance of the products . To implement the launch plans of any new procedure/product in the market through partnering with key surgeons and influencers in order to create acceptance and penetration . Ability to lead the team through significant changes cultivating teamwork across local and department teaming to ensure meeting all targets & metrics . To identify and develop talents, setting the ideal development plans and maximizes J&J pool of talents . Strong contact with distributors to follow-up distribution channels as required by the company . Following up on J&J Fleet Safety policies and procedures . Comply with local laws & HCC guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Policy on Business Conduct (PBC) . Report Adverse Event & product quality complaints as per J&J Pharmacovigilance guidelines Experience Required . Education: Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy . Minimum 3 years of related work experience with 2 consecutive years as a people leader. Experience in the Neuroscience therapy area is an advantage. . Distributor Management experience required . Understanding of local market is preferred . A strong performance track record . Fluency in English is required . Customer Centric mindset . Ability to plan and prioritize own work weekly, monthly for reporting purposes and to meet quality standards and deadlines .
