Role Summary Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the sales manager main mission will be the Enterprise market share goals attainment while respecting Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine strategy and J&J processes. For that purpose, he/she is responsible of the sales team that he/she needs to develop, coach and motivate.
Key Responsibilities With the collaboration of the marketing, define and put in place the commercial strategy of his/her products to attain the sales objectives of the company: o Define sales objectives per region or sector by taking into consideration the annual budget of the business unit and with the alignment of the marketing. o Share commercial strategy to the sales team of his/her therapeutic area and ensure the good spreading on the field. o Actively contribute to the brand team and work cross functional with other departments (sales, marketing, medical and market access). o Manage and optimize allocated budgets. o Ensure results follow up and communicate them the senior management regularly. o Continuously seek new business opportunities and growth proposal that he/she submits to the management approval.
Manage, motivate and develop a team of medical representatives: o Develop and follow his/her team to enable them to attain sales and individual goals (coaching, meetings, one to one calls). o Ensure career development of the sales team to attain a high expertise level. o Ensure a strict follow up of the sales team performance evaluation on the dedicated systems. o Identify and develop talents. o Create transverse opportunity between the teams to challenge the status quo, think differently and share new perspectives. o Demonstrate a positive attitude especially concerning engagement, integrity and honesty.
Ensure excellent on-going knowledge about competitors: o Always informed about latest clinical data on the products of the company. Share and discuss the data with HCPs during field visits. o Always informed about healthcare system changes by anticipating potential risk and opportunities and adapt the strategy consequently. o Bring support by organizing promotional meetings, symposia and sponsorship with external healthcare professionals.
Contribute to the development of the market access: o Contribute actively with customer engagement and Operations manager to the elaboration of competitive commercial offers. o In coordination with Customer engagement and Operations manager and appropriate functions, ensure availability of the reimbursement and the commercialization of the company products at all levels (hospitals, clinics, private pharmacists...). o Is in charge of the stock management and the coordination with Customer engagement and Operations manager, in order to ensure availability and accessibility of the company products.
Meetings with opinion leaders and authorities to ensure a good positioning and image branding of the company: o Develop strategic relationships, durable and constructive with main healthcare professionals. o Ensure the good understanding of the customers' expectations and the market to ensure the achievement of the sales objectives in the short and long term. o Share pro-actively and regularly his/her knowledge about the customers and the market with his/her team and peers.

Healthcare professionals Medical structures public and private Qualifications & Experiences Required: Minimum of 5 year's successful business experience within the pharmaceutical industry required, preferably with experience in Sales & Marketing. Strong customer focus in order to elaborate and pilot the adapted sales strategy on the field. Strong knowledge of the customer needs and dynamics of the market.
