As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base in the immigration services sector.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, regulations, and opportunities within the Canada immigration market. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures.
Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and institutions interested in immigration services. Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with local agencies, organizations, and businesses to form strategic partnerships that enhance our presence in the Emirates market. Explore opportunities for mutually beneficial collaborations.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement sales plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely closure of deals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote immigration services within the any communities. Utilize both online and offline channels for maximum reach.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Skills & Requirement:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the immigration services industry, with a focus on the Middle East market.
Fluency in Arabic or English Language
Strong understanding of immigration policies and procedures, particularly related to Canada.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
