Are you passionate about crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Napolitana Pizza Maker to join our vibrant culinary team immediately. If you have a deep knowledge of Italian Napoli pizza and hands-on kitchen experience, we want to hear from you!

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years working as a pizza chef, with at least 2 year specializing in Napolitana pizza.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques, particularly related to Neapolitan dishes.
• Ability to lead a team, remain calm under pressure, and manage various kitchen tasks efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle a busy kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean kitchen.
• Willingness to undergo training and start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Equip the kitchen with essential cooking utensils and equipment, such as knives, pans, and kitchen scales.
• Follow detailed recipes, gather necessary ingredients, and ensure each dish meets our high standards.
• Cook and prepare food promptly to meet service demands.
• Ensure dishes are presented appealingly and consistently.
• Adjust recipes to accommodate customer preferences, such as reducing salt or removing dairy.
• Monitor food stock levels, place orders, and ensure the freshness of all ingredients.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
• Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients to enhance our menu offerings.
• Delegate tasks effectively to kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Additional Information:

• Commute/Relocation: Applicants should reliably commute or plan to relocate to Sharjah before starting work.
