Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Live-in Nanny to provide exceptional care for our 1.5-year-old boy. The ideal candidate will have a Norland Nanny qualification and possess fluency in either German or Arabic, along with perfect English skills. As a Live-in Nanny, you will be responsible for the well-being, safety, and development of the child, while also ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment. A love for cats is essential, as we have feline companions in our household. The role will be 6 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and personalized care for the 1.5-year-old boy, ensuring his safety and well-being at all times.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, such as educational games, creative play, and outings, to encourage learning and development.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the child\'s emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.
Maintain a regular schedule for feeding, sleeping, and other daily routines to ensure consistency and structure.
Monitor and address the child\'s health needs, including administering medications, if required.
Collaborate with the parents to establish and follow through with disciplinary guidelines and routines.
Keep the child\'s living area clean and organized, including laundry, tidying up toys, and maintaining a hygienic environment.
Accompany the child to appointments, classes, and social engagements as needed.
Communicate effectively with the parents, providing regular updates on the child\'s progress and any relevant concerns.
Foster a positive and respectful relationship with the parents, maintaining open lines of communication and supporting their parenting choices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a live-in nanny, preferably with a Norland Nanny qualification.
Fluency in either German or Arabic, along with excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the child\'s growth and learning.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a structured routine.
First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
Respectful, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a genuine love for cats and be comfortable caring for them.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is 30,000 - 35,000 AED per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
