Job Summary: Grand Flora Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Nail Master to join our team. As a Nail Master, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail services to our valued clients, ensuring that each experience is a relaxing and enjoyable one. Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive experience in the beauty industry, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art, in accordance with our salon's standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products
Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all sanitation and sterilization procedures
Engage with clients, actively listening to their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance
Upsell salon products and services to increase revenue and meet sales targets
Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service and an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Master
Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and products
Strong attention to detail and ability to create precise and intricate nail designs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients at once
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
Current knowledge of health and safety regulations in the beauty industry
