Job Description

Nail Expert and Trainer: Experience Required: 3-5 years of professional experience in Nail Services and training. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct training sessions on Nail Care techniques including manicure, pedicure, Nail art, Nail extensions.
• Provide hands-on demonstration and supervise trainees during practical exercises.
• Educate staff on Nail care hygiene, sanitation, sterilization and Safety protocols.
• Have a plan to monitor trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure and maintain consistent service standards within the salon.

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant position.
• Energetic, positive, committed and enthusiastic.
• Details and task oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Updated on the latest trends and techniques withing the Nail industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED6,500\.00 - AED7,500\.00 per month
