We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals ready to gain hands-on experience in the operational departments of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of our hotel.Do you want to be part of the next intake of interns starting June for a duration of six months?Apply now and embark on a journey of growth, learning and limitless possibilities.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide excellent guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Learn and use hotel management software for booking and guest information management.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for guest arrival.
  • Support the food and beverage team in restaurant and banquet operation
  • Assist in administrative duties and support other departments as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
