• Property Listings: Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and attractive property descriptions and visuals.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Showings and Open Houses: Coordinate and conduct property showings, open houses, and other promotional events to showcase properties to prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate and facilitate offers, counteroffers, and agreements between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Documentation and Paperwork: Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other necessary documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with real estate regulations.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, updates, and personalized service.
