Multi-Outlet Supervisor - Experienced in Food & Beverage / Restaurant

We are currently seeking a highly talented and experienced Multi Outlet Supervisor for to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As a Multi-Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple Restaurant locations, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales growth. You will be expected to lead by example, train, develop and mentor team members, and ensure that all locations are meeting our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple locations of Restaurants, including daily operations, employee management, and inventory control.

Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.

Sharing new ideas and strategic plans with the owners to ensure we achieve the goal and set target.

Contribute his experience and strategy to increase the business revenue.

Suggestion for upgrading the menus by adding new items to boost our daily sales.

Focusing on the business development plan and new marketing/promotion strategies and sharing weekly reports with the CEO & Owner, and taking corrective action accordingly.

Preparing the SOP for the restaurant's operations and KPIs for the operations team

Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Solely responsible for preparation of the P & L Report of all the centres/outlets.

Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Responsible for scheduling, timekeeping, mid and end-of-season appraisals, and daily supervision of outlet staff.

Prepare the duty rotation plan and accurately schedule staff to business level based on forecast.

Hold and document daily pre-shift meetings and conduct all staff meetings as needed.

Ordering and handling food items and monthly inventory.

Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professorially communicating daily with the owner.

Handling accounts of Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon and other online food delivery apps/websites.

Promoting and marketing the business through Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon etc.

Problem-solving, looking after the restaurant's maintenance and arranging the concerned team for repair when and if required.

Preparing and presenting daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Keeping statistical and financial records.

Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives.

Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.

Reviewing and analysing the sales reports.

Handling all administrative work and maintaining the master data regularly and updating to the senior operations and account team.

Ensuring that the beverage and food quality is being maintained as per company standards.

Ensure that all locations are meeting company standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Collaborate with the operations & finance team to develop and implement operational strategies. Purchasing food and supplies from vendors approved by the company and controlling food waste.

Handling stores and ensuring that there is no excess stock of food items and that regular-use items never run out of stock.

Manage budgets, including inventory, food item purchase and equipment costs.

Develop and maintain a good relationship with local suppliers, vendors, and partners.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Handle all other responsibility as directed by the CEO / Owner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role in UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple outlet/restaurant locations in UAE.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and develop effective business strategies.
• Experience with ERP software and point-of-sale systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
