Position Overview:

As a Video/Photographer and Graphic Designer with WordPress Website Management at Houzify, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and visually showcasing our properties. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, creating engaging graphic content, and managing our WordPress website to ensure the timely and accurate publication of property listings and other related content.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography and Videography:

• Conduct on-site property photoshoots and video tours.
• Ensure high-quality images and videos that highlight property features.
• Edit and enhance visual content to meet brand standards.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Design eye-catching advertisements for online and print media.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

WordPress Website Management:

• Update and manage property listings on the WordPress website.
• Ensure accurate property information, high-quality images, and engaging descriptions.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.

Content Management:

• Create and curate compelling content for the website and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars.
• Monitor website performance and user engagement.

Real Estate Expertise:

• Have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and property features.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to effectively showcase properties.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
