Sohail Smart Solutions, a leading Emirati training and consultancy company licensed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), is excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new production house! We are looking for experienced Multimedia Production Lead who can collaborate with us, bringing their expertise to help bring our vision to life. Role Overview
We are seeking a multimedia professional to lead video and photo shoots, manage advanced editing for broadcast and digital media, and produce top-quality visual content in collaboration with our talented team. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about storytelling with extensive experience in broadcast production, multimedia shoots, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video/photo shoots, managing all aspects from concept to execution.
• Edit videos to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content.
• Oversee broadcast-quality production, ensuring technical excellence across platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft engaging multimedia stories.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and advanced editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Ensure all content meets industry standards and is publication-ready.
• Work closely with clients to align production work with their vision.
• Stay current with industry trends and apply innovative techniques to enhance content quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multimedia production, with expertise in broadcast production, video/photo shoots, and video editing.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and other multimedia tools.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling.
