Job Summary:

Oasis Land Real Estate is seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various forms of multimedia, including graphic design, video production, and digital content creation. The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for developing visually engaging content that aligns with our brand and appeals to our target audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, animations, infographics, and digital presentations, for marketing and communication purposes.

2. Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce video content for property listings, promotional materials, and social media.

3. Social Media Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content tailored for social media channels.

4. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and convey the company's values and aesthetics.

5. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and digital teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver multimedia assets that support various campaigns and business goals.

6. Trend Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design and incorporate them into the design strategy.

7. Asset Management : Organize and maintain a digital library of all multimedia assets for easy access and future use.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other multimedia editing software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including graphics, videos, and animations.

- Knowledge of social media platforms and content requirements.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with 3D design and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Maya).

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web content design.

- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
