Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Multimedia Design Specialist with a minimum of 5 years in the field, who can bring a wealth of design expertise and creative vision to our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Photography/Videography and a proven track record in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in event photography and videography, particularly in corporate and large-scale events.
• Proficiency in camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras) and related accessories.
• Advanced skills in editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Develop engaging multimedia content, including motion graphics, animations, video productions, and audio materials.
• Plan & execute studio photography sessions, including corporate headshots, team portraits, and product photography.
• Design and produce visual assets for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and other digital platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Shoot and edit raw footage of video and photos to create polished, professional multimedia products.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Multimedia Design Specialist or any related field in UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Extensive experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and etc.) and other similar tools.
• InDesign knowledge is an added advantage .
• Bilingual in English and Arabic (READ, SPEAK, WRITE) .
• Proficient in operating professional cameras and conducting photoshoots and video shoots for clients.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, if not willing to move/relocate, please refrain from applying.
• Immediate joiners will be given a priority.

Salary: Will heavily depend on profile, experience, skills and overall contribution to the company.
