Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Create staff schedules and assign duties to ensure efficiency.
• Motivate and foster a positive working environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed.
• Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
