Responsibilities:

Maintenance of AC, electrical, and plumbing and handyman works

Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and installations.

Collaborate with other team members .

WILLING TO OUTDOOR SALES AND MARKETING . COMMISSION WILL BE PAID AS PER THE JOB

Requirements:

Proven experience in AC, electrical, and plumbing work (Required experience certifications as Multi technician ).

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as required.

Overtime will be paid by company .

PREFERRING CANDIDATES - FROM KERALA ( AGE BELOW 45 )*
